📐 About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of International to lead Writer’s global expansion efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market share in key international markets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape and a proven track record of driving growth in international markets.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in international markets, such as local government and business partners

• Develop and execute international growth strategies to expand the company’s presence in new markets

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategies

• Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure the company’s growth plans remain relevant

• Develop and implement strategies for international customer success

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws

• Prepare and analyze reports on international market performance

• Develop and manage international sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to achieve their targets

• Develop and manage budgets for international expansion initiatives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, and adjust strategies accordingly

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition, and use this knowledge to effectively position the company in international markets

• Develop and manage international marketing strategies, including PR, social media, and content marketing

• Manage relationships with key channel partners and distributors

• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in international markets

• Drive product localization efforts in international markets

⭐️ Is this you?

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics, or related field

• 10+ years of international business experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful international growth strategies

• Extensive knowledge of local regulations and laws in international markets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to travel internationally as needed
