POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, The Supply Chain Operations Manager will ensure consistent delivery of finished products for BEVEL consumers through Retail and Direct-to-Consumer Channels. This role will manage the organization's inventory levels and processes and ensure all orders are fulfilled, shipped, and accounted for both physically and systemically via Corporate Supply Chain principles. This position will partner with suppliers and distribution partners working closely with teams across Innovation / Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to obtain sales data and plans needed to make critical production decisions and ensure the company's operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective.

The incumbent must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel and embody strong leadership skills, best demonstrated by the individual’s ability to gain credibility with team members and senior management.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA Business Management strongly preferred
HS Diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver against process workflows and required documentation to achieve departmental KPIs, established goals, and expectations as defined by management
  • Execute established processes and procedures to track and manage inventory from purchase requisition through retirement.
  • Provide continuous supply chain improvement for forward and reverse logistics by identifying issues, proposing new system changes, and testing final solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement inventory management and processes that achieve the highest degree of asset data accuracy
  • Analyze data to provide strategic insights to executives.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with inventory and orders to ensure a complete system of record accuracy at all times
  • Effectively communicate inventory management and logistics strategies to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

The successful candidate will have

  • Experience working with stakeholders/leaders across multiple teams such as Finance, Product, and Sales to seek alignment on program deliverables
  • Strong ethics with the ability to gain credibility with team members and senior management
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and data analysis skills
  • Capabilities to drill into the data to identify patterns and trends
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in managing demand and supply planning, vendor negotiations, and supply chain improvements.
  • Updating and maintaining analytically complex inventory models using Excel
  • Keen understanding of Financial KPIs and key financial drivers of a business
