We are looking for an exceptional R&D Group Lead with a strong background in cybersecurity (preferably in offensive security, either from civilian industry or defense organizations). Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 2-4 engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, DevOps).
• Take ownership of the business logic layer within the product, ensuring alignment with product strategy and company goals.
• Build, mentor, and guide team leaders to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Drive architectural decisions, best practices, and long-term technical vision (not hands-on, but with a strong technical background).

• Proven experience as a Team leader in R&D and ready to step up to lead multiple teams.
• Strong background in cybersecurity – an offensive security background is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of Python, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture (must-have).
• Experience working in complex, large-scale distributed systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower engineering teams.
