Description
Responsibilities:
- End User and Lab Management: Responsible for the end-user computing environment and company laboratories.
- Equipment Oversight: Manage all company computers and peripheral equipment.
- Lab Administration: Oversee the addition, removal, and maintenance of lab equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting for all operating systems.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, software applications, and hardware.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and patient.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. (Mac, Linux and Windows)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
