Senior Developer Workflow Engineer

We're looking to build a world-class team of game-makers: folks bursting with creativity, who balance candor with compassion, and always, always, always hold themselves and their peers accountable to what's best for players.

As a Senior Developer Workflow Engineer, you will spearhead solutions to optimize quality and efficiency within the team responsible for crafting Believer's flagship game. During the initial six months, you will focus on shaping foundational development workflows and pipelines in close collaboration with your peers. You will report directly to the Director of Backend Engineering.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate directly with designers and artists, forging partnerships to create efficient production workflows that elevate content iteration and quality to unprecedented levels.

• Take ownership of essential features within our modern build and delivery tooling for our team and the next generation of players.

• Engineer powerful tools and automation, empowering your fellow Believers to craft games in a remote working environment.

You are a great fit if:

• You have 4+ years of experience working with low-level languages like C/C++

• Experience supporting modern infrastructure using Kubernetes

• Experience using Linux-based Cloud infrastructure technologies like AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Experience with modern game engines and their development pipelines (i.e. - Unity, Unreal)

• Excited to create and own modern game development tools using Rust, Git, Unreal, Maya, and other Digital Content Creation tools

What we offer:

Annual salary range: $158,000-$238,000
