Founding AI Engineer, New York City

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing AI-based systems underpinning a multimodal, personalized human-computer interface.

We are looking for someone who has spent so much time with LLMs that they think alike.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement core systems for a multimodal, personalized computing platform.
• Prototype end-user experiences in collaboration with design partners
• Optimize systems for reliability and latency

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in ML, NLP, CV, and or speech recognition
• Hands-on-experience building with LLMs, including fine-tuning, RAG, and tool-use
• Theoretic understanding of modern ML techniques, including transformer architectures and RLHF
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Exceptional curiosity and tendency towards continual-learning
• High independence and comfort with ambiguity
• Portfolio of prior work is a major plus
