Essential
Ritual is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Meta & Growth Creative Manager to join our growth team. This individual will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns while supporting the growth creative team to develop high-performing ad assets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Meta’s advertising ecosystem, creative best practices, and performance marketing metrics. The ideal candidate is analytical, inquisitive, gritty, and a fast learner. You will report to the Senior Manager of Growth and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, brand, customer insights, influencer, affiliate, digital product, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Own the execution of Meta advertising campaigns including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis to drive efficient customer acquisition.
- Develop and test creative assets by working closely with the creative team to optimize ad formats, messaging, and visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV to optimize performance and guide strategic decisions.
- Own creative reporting and insights to inform creative iteration and future asset development.
- Stay ahead of Meta trends and best practices, ensuring the team leverages the latest tools, formats, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Assist with other growth marketing channels such as TikTok and Pinterest as needed.
Who You Are:
- Meta Advertising Expert: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns, including budget allocation, bid strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Creative Strategist: Strong understanding of creative best practices across paid social channels, with experience briefing and iterating on brand-forward, performance-driven creative.
- Analytical Thinker: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Collaborative Communicator: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution and alignment on campaign strategies.
- Self-starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously while anticipating the needs of the team.
What You'll Need:
- Education: Undergraduate degreeExperience: 3-4 years of D2C or agency experience in acquisition-focused paid social marketing. Direct experience with Meta Ads Manager is required.
- Experience with other platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Omni, Excel, Google Sheets, and creative performance tracking tools.
- Growth Mindset: Passion for continuous learning, testing, and optimizing to drive business growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $76,000 - $130,000
- Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. This role is also eligible for equity + generous benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
