Job Summary:

This role is a document imaging and records storage position based in India. Under minimal supervision, the individual will be responsible for ensuring that all documents and records received are reviewed on the company’s platform in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires working with large volumes of highly confidential documents, which must be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. The MR Intake Clerk must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure while prioritizing the processing of records based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed individual production targets as defined by management (e.g., number of records processed per day).
  • Maintain or exceed quality standards as defined by management (e.g., document accuracy rates).
  • Perform job duties according to defined standards, ensuring timely and accurate processing of documents.
  • Collaborate with other team members within the Intake team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain professionalism when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Prioritize the processing of records based on business needs and maintain efficiency under pressure.
  • Adapt to changes in daily routines and working shifts as necessary.
  • Work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Review scanned documents to ensure they are legible and properly indexed within the company's system.
  • Compare scanned documents against provided information within the Reveleer system to verify they are accurate medical records.
  • Communicate with scanning and indexing staff to address mis-scanned or mis-indexed documents and ensure they are reprocessed correctly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Accurately upload and attach records within the Reveleer platform.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure document integrity across all processes.
  • Effectively manage fluctuating workloads and prioritize records processing to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate daily time management and goal tracking.

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. graduates from any of the following streams:
