AI & Workflow Innovation Intern

Location: Glendale, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Duration: 20-40 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI & Workflow Innovation Intern with strong research skills and a passion for technology, automation, and process improvement. This internship focuses on researching and piloting AI tools that can modernize executive support functions, streamline workflows, and reduce manual tasks.

Role Scope & Objectives

  • Researching emerging AI tools that can optimize administrative and executive support functions.
  • Evaluating platforms through hands-on testing, usability analysis, cost/ROI assessment, and feature comparisons.
  • Piloting AI solutions for calendar management, travel logistics, and meeting documentation/notes.
  • Mapping current administrative workflows and identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Summarizing findings and presenting recommendations to leadership.

Key Deliverables

  • AI Tool Evaluation Report — A comparative analysis of 6–10 AI tools supporting scheduling, travel planning, meeting notes, and automation.
  • Workflow Automation Recommendations — Documented suggestions showing where AI can enhance or replace current processes.
  • Pilot Implementation Summary — Findings from testing selected tools including benefits, limitations, and adoption considerations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills; ability to compare tools, assess ROI, and synthesize findings.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude, meeting summarization platforms, workflow automation systems).
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and willingness to experiment with new tools.
  • Process-oriented thinking with the ability to map and analyze workflows.
  • High attention to detail in testing tools and documenting results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
