Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to give health plans across all business lines greater control over their Quality Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Member Management programs. Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.

SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a broad set of experiences across all major HR functions including Talent, Employee Relations, DEI, Total Rewards, and Compliance. Bonus points if you are a candidate with experience implementing novel HR solutions that improve productivity, productivity, and/or financial responsibility. This position will be expected to provide both strategic support and a hands-on approach to deliver strong HR solutions across the company. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

HR BUSINESS PARTNER:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner, working closely with the team to understand and provide HR related guidance, input, and advice.
  • Prepare monthly HR report for leadership team.
  • Work closely with management team during career development conversations and helping to advise on career goals.
  • Recommend ongoing HR ideas and best practices on an as-needed basis to stay aligned with business needs.

  • Develop and implement robust succession plans to identify and cultivate high-potential employees for key leadership positions, ensuring continuity and readiness for future organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR partners to create clear career paths and profession opportunities for employees, fostering retention and motivation while aligning individual aspirations with organizational goals.
  • Strategic meetings with business leaders.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:

  • Communicate leave of absence details with employees as needed.
  • Process terminations and conduct exit interviews.
  • Drive consistency and compliance in addressing employee related matters.
  • Implement processes that ensures there is a strong focus on employee development and retention.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience working with remote, hourly, and contractor contingent staff.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law to ensure compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving, fast paced environment and meet time critical deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of CA local, state, and federal employment law to ensure compliance.
  • Bonus points if you have experience working in multi-state HR environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, and/or a related field
  • Bonus points if you have graduate level training (Masters level or higher) and/or industry certification(s) in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, PHR CA, etc.)
  • Comfortable manipulating and/or implementing technical HR tools such as an HRIS and/or ATS.
  • Comfortable working in a Microsoft Teams environment
  • Experience using Paylocity preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred

SALARY RANGE: $190,000 - $220,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
