Renters today are renting longer, moving more frequently, and investing more in their living spaces. Meanwhile, property managers are consolidating and adopting hospitality-inspired strategies to elevate the resident experience and build long-term loyalty—what we call the hotel-ification of rental housing. But too often, valuable renter-property connections break down at the end of a lease, leading to costly turnover and a fragmented experience.
That’s where Renew comes in. We help operators automate the renewal process, proactively retain residents, and create a frictionless path for renters to stay within their preferred property network—whether in the same unit, a different apartment at the same property, or an entirely new community. Role Overview
We’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Product Marketer to join our fast-growing team. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to work at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll be responsible for supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products and features, ensuring operators, site teams, and residents understand the value Renew delivers.
You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partner Success to create launch plans and collateral that drive adoption—including monthly product emails, announcement blogs, FAQs, videos, sales enablement decks, and social assets.
*This role is a contract position, with the possibility for full-time hire after 6 months.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate new features into clear, compelling messaging.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to build GTM campaigns for launches, releases, and feature updates.
- Draft and publish product communications: monthly product emails, announcement blogs, and FAQs.
- Create enablement materials for Sales and Partner Success (playbooks, one-pagers, pitch decks).
- Work with Design to produce social media assets, product visuals, and short-form videos.
- Support customer-facing teams with updated positioning, talking points, and case studies.
- Gather feedback from operators and site teams to inform future product launches.
- Track adoption and engagement metrics for product announcements and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in product marketing or an adjacent role.
- Multifamily housing or proptech experience is a huge bonus—but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can simplify technical concepts for different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and sales teams.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset—excited to learn SaaS, AI, and multifamily real estate.
- Experience with SaaS tools like HubSpot, Canva, or Figma is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing or AI content tools is a plus (but not required).
