About the Role

We have ambitious partnership growth goals and are building a new Account Delivery team to support our expanding Partnerships work. The Account Delivery Manager will be vitally important to the growth of Rula by building and owning the day-to-day payer account delivery, focusing on implementation and ongoing management and process improvement. This role sits in a team that is expanding rapidly, yet focuses intentionally on building culture to enable individual and team growth and success. We act with camaraderie, support, and a sense of urgency.

We’re looking for someone who excels equally at relationship management and process delivery/improvement. This person should be comfortable speaking with and presenting to multiple audience types at key strategic accounts, but should equally enjoy working through detailed processes and process improvement plans and navigating the organization internally. This individual should be highly organized and enjoy navigating complexity to get things done.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years working with external partners in account management, account delivery, or solutions consultant roles

  • Proven ability to have grown relationships through immaculate account delivery and a nuanced sales approach

  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills. Experience communicating with external customers and executive stakeholders. “Think on your feet”.

  • Knowledge of and experience with process design and implementation

  • Organizational skills; ability to project manage priorities across multiple accounts

  • Ability to gather “customer requirements” and synthesize them for internal audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a health plan (payer) or health system, understanding of healthcare ecosystem

  • Analytics / Excel Skills - Ability to build and deliver reporting to partners
