About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Growth Lead who thrives in fast-paced environments, and will take a holistic approach to the healthcare ecosystem to find and nurture partnerships. You will test, learn, and optimize strategies to efficiently manage resources that align partnership priorities to business goals. You will help drive our overall company strategy to ensure we’re setting ourselves up for long-term success.

1 in 5 people are suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% of people are getting help. We are looking for reps who are comfortable in outbound sales and can manage the full sales cycle. You will join a hungry, growing team, and utilize creative outreach to engage provider groups and grow your book of business.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience selling across the health ecosystem

  • Account Planning Experience where you’ve proven to successfully activate accounts

  • Knowledge of and built relationships with various healthcare organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Start-up experience where you’ve helped a team grow from 0 to 1. This could have been helping a company from proof of concept to actualized business, proving out a demand channel, etc.

  • Experience hiring and growing a team

  • Overachieved quota at several companies
