About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and mission-driven leader to take on the role of Partner Growth Lead in our rapidly growing partnerships organization. In this critical position, you will work closely with our channel partners (e.g., Payers, Health Systems) to promote and advocate for our innovative approach to making mental healthcare work for everyone. By joining the Partnerships team, you will play a role in continuously building trust while advancing and deepening these foundational partnerships, ultimately helping these companies improve mental health access and engagement for their members and enhance the well-being of thousands of individuals. We're looking for a strategic thinker, a persuasive communicator, a real self-starter, and someone passionate about making a positive impact on mental health. Required Qualifications

  • Sales experience managing the entire relationship lifecycle (discovery, problem review, solution design, solution selling, tracking, etc.) for partners post-initial in-network contract

  • Comfortable with sales targets

  • An intricate understanding of Payer organizations, both of the sales cycle and how a payer functions

  • Account planning experience

  • Healthcare consulting experience (creative problem-solving for a customer’s challenges and opportunities)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sold into payer (exposure to payer business models and economics)

  • Sold insurance into employer

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Consulting or similar role where you were a strategic thought partner to clients delivering market insights, simplifying and structuring problems in logical framework, testing innovative solutions to known and unknown problems, and creating persuasive narratives that turn insights into actions
