About the Role
“Patient First” is Rula's foundational value. As a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager focused on Patient Experience, you will own company-critical patient experience metrics and processes. You’ll drive critical improvements that will lead to higher new patient conversion and retention. Based on your work, Rula will be able to help more people who reach out to us for help with some of their toughest personal challenges.
You will manage a frontline team and get to work directly with Product, Support, Marketing, and Provider team partners to design, test, and roll out new features and processes. You will be actively involved in quarterly planning and will present your work and results to leadership weekly.
6+ years of experience in operations roles within the technology sector, with 2+ years experience managing frontline teams of two or more
Experience driving a workstream with a high volume of conflicting priorities; ability to manage and set expectations across multiple cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to learn and optimize new software; natural technical aptitude and familiarity with various customer operations and data management tools
Experience leveraging data to inform priorities and decisions; ability to distill insights from large datasets and use data throughout the entire lifecycle of a project from understanding the problem/opportunity, designing a solution, testing/rolling out the solution, monitoring, and iterating
Experience creating and optimizing operational processes
Experience writing project plans, technical requirements, experiment results, project updates, and strategy docs
Experience collaborating closely with Product teams. Must have experience driving product changes & natural technical aptitude
Experience working at a fast-growth startup
Experience with service recovery, sales, and/or outbound motions
Experience with SQL (comfortable writing queries using analytical functions, CTEs, etc.)
Experience managing offshore and/or nearshore teams
