SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly analytical and curious E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our team. This role is crucial for diving deep into daily sales data to understand the impact of website changes on page views and product sales. The ideal candidate will own our on-site merchandising strategy, overseeing the execution of changes across the site including navigation, collection pages, homepages, search, upsells, and more.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, T/TH in office in Culver City)

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze daily sales and website performance data to understand the effects of site changes on user behavior and sales.
• Develop and execute the on-site merchandising strategy, including optimizing navigation, collection pages, homepage content, search functionality, and upselling strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Product and Engineering teams to ideate and deploy new features or tools aimed at boosting product sales.
• Work in tandem with Merchandising and Marketing teams to support product launches and selling plans for various products and implement site changes that bolster their businesses.
• Lead decision-making processes from a data-driven perspective, ensuring that strategies are backed by solid analytics.
• Partner with the Data team to enhance the quality and accessibility of sales and site performance data.
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce merchandising and analytics.

Who You Are:

• You have strong analytical skills, with an innate curiosity to uncover insights through data.
• You are able to make data-driven decisions confidently.
• You have proven experience in e-commerce, sales analysis, merchandising, or a similar analytical role.
• You are proactive and you are a do-er.
• You are a power user in analytics tools, data visualization software, and e-commerce platforms.
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead projects when necessary.

Parachute takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

The estimated pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 + bonus program.
