SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Email & SMS Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing engaging email and SMS campaigns that resonate with our audience, along with supporting other retention initiatives. Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, this role will closely collaborate with creative, merchandising, site operations, and retail teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Campaign Planning and Calendar Management:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar for email and SMS campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
• Develop a robust strategic testing calendar for email and sms.
• Content Brief Development:
• Work closely with the content team to create compelling briefs for email and SMS content.
• Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audience.
• Campaign Execution:
• Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns
• Implement segmentation strategies for targeted and personalized communication.
• Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for email and SMS campaigns.
• Generate weekly, quarterly, and year end reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and trend and benchmarking analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Competitive Analysis and Trend Monitoring:
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in email and SMS marketing.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years marketing experience, with 1-3 years in email marketing preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize requests and make adjustments based on developing business needs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate concepts into compelling creative briefs
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights; proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets required, bonus proficiency with SQL, Looker, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Email marketing and marketing automation platforms
• Able to work effectively in a team environment and make informed decisions independently

Parachute takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

The estimated pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000
