Who You Are:
You are early in your finance career and eager to build foundational skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are detail-oriented and take pride in accurate, complete work. You follow through on deliverables, ask good questions, and proactively flag issues before they become problems. You are motivated to learn, grow into greater ownership, and understand
how financial data drives business decisions.
What You Will Do:
As a Financial Analyst at Intellistack, a private equity-backed SaaS company, you will support core financial reporting, forecasting, and modeling that inform business decisions and leadership reporting. You will maintain key SaaS metrics, assist with monthly close reporting, and help ensure consistency and accuracy across financial outputs.
How You Will Succeed:
-Maintain and update financial models, forecasts, and budgets with accuracy and
attention to detail
-Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for
management and Private Equity stakeholders
-Track and maintain SaaS metrics and KPIs, ensuring data integrity across sources
-Identify and flag inconsistencies in models or reports and escalate appropriately
-Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc financial analysis and data pulls
-Build working knowledge of the company's systems, data flows, and reporting cadences
-Communicate clearly on task status, data questions, and preliminary findings
-Take on increasing scope and ownership as skills and business knowledge develop
What We Are Looking For:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
-1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, public accounting, or a similar
analytical role
-Foundational understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
-Exposure to financial modeling and reporting; willingness to build these skills rapidly
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
-Ability to manage tasks independently with clear direction and defined timelines
-Clear written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint experience a plus
Bonus Points:
-Experience working in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS environment
-Experience working with data across multiple systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, data platforms) and integrating inputs to support financial modeling and reporting
Salary Range:
$105k base salary + 5% variable bonus based on company and individual performance
