About the Role:
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment efforts while also partnering with leadership and employees to deliver HR strategies and talent acquisition solutions that drive business success. You’ll play a key role in shaping our culture, improving employee experience, and attracting top talent. This role will report into our Sr Director of Global HR.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead full cycle recruiting for various roles across departments, from sourcing to offer and onboarding
- Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques and employer brand strategies
- Partner with hiring teams to define needs, develop job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment plans to attract high quality talent
- Utilize ATS and other recruitment tools to track metrics
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle process
- Contribute to HR and recruiting process improvements and any other HR projects on a needed basis
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of in-house full cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting across a range of roles, including technical, corporate and specialized roles
- Speciality in recruiting for GTM roles, a plus
- Proficient in using ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Clear and reliable communicator. Experience interfacing with hiring managers at all levels—including executive level
- Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and talent pipelines. Experience with LinkedIn, and AI Powered sourcing tools
This is a 6 month part-time temporary role with potential to convert FT in the future. The ideal candidate will be expected to commit up to 30 hours per week. This is a remote role that will require prospective candidates to operate in EST time zone.
Salary Range: $45 - $50 per hour. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
