About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized and enthusiastic creative operations marketing manager to help fuel the next phase of Nanit’s growth. You will be the operational, organized wizard that makes our creative process smooth. From managing the day to day and ensuring briefs are strong, timelines are adhered to and priorities are clear to helping orchestrate shoots and asset development; you’ll be a critical part of the marketing team. You should be someone who loves to be organized, can problem solve and can be calm and confident. And you should have a strong work-ethic and be results oriented. You'll have the amazing opportunity to help shape how parents perceive and interact with Nanit and the amazing impact we have on parents' lives every day. This role requires a proactive and scrappy mindset with a passion for building brands.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative group, ensuring that processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and deliverables are flawless
- Act as a bridge between creative teams and project owners, possessing a strong understanding of project details and desired outcomes
- You will be responsible for daily, short-term, and long-term scheduling and project prioritization for the creative team
- Manage and optimize project timelines and team deliverables; identify timeline impacts and resource conflicts and deadlines
- Work with external vendor partners on contracting, production workflows, and invoicing
- Manage the digital assets library for to support the team and organization overall
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams like product, sales and other stakeholders will be important in seeing through projects
- Have a creative eye and ability to help source external contributors as needed- can include talent, photographers, producers, art directors, designers, copywriters etc.
- Ensure the highest creative standards are achieved and on brand
- Possess and understand capabilities and production needs for all creative production types
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management and/or creative production, with a focus on creative, executional and organizational excellence
- Must be a great communicator with high EQ and ability to manage various styles of working
- Be confident, calm and supportive
- Great with people management and a natural problem solver
- Strong creative and strategic acumen
- Strong work ethic, responsiveness and a results-oriented mindset. You are reliable, in the details and can navigate a fast-paced environment while staying organized
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 base salary, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
