The Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions that address our customers' needs and drive business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and software development, the Solutions Engineer will leverage their technical expertise to understand customer requirements, develop customized solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration.


  • Partner closely with sales and product management to grasp customer requirements and align business objectives.
  • Craft tailored technical solutions that address customer needs and reflect company capabilities and product offerings.
  • Create comprehensive solution architectures, diagrams, and technical documentation to clearly convey design specifications and requirements.
  • Configure, customize, and deploy technical solutions using company products, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Present solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to illustrate functionality and confirm solution viability.
  • Work with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of customizations and enhancements.
  • Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, offering guidance and support throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives to help customers maximize their solution's value.
  • Diagnose technical issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve customer challenges.
  • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.
  • Understand the market dynamics in data collaboration and ad tech/mar tech sectors.
  • Provide feedback to product management and development teams to influence roadmap prioritization and feature enhancements.
  • Contribute to the creation and documentation of internal processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance solution delivery and support.
