The Associate Account Manager is a critical role in supporting the wider Account Management team to work directly with our advertising agency partners to execute campaigns to meet client targets. The role supports our Account Management team and sales team in Belgium to ensure that all aspects of campaigns are performing above client expectations while updating, educating and building relationships with advertising users. This role is specifically supporting the Belgian market and requires fluent spoken and written French language skills, with occasional support for Germany, France and the Netherlands when required.

The Associate Account Manager facilitates the management of aspects of the campaign internally, working closely with internal teams and creative partners while providing GumGum clients with an industry leading end-to-end experience.

What You'll Achieve

  • Campaign Management & Client Satisfaction
      • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for agency and client stakeholders throughout campaign execution for CTV, OLV and Display
      • Partner closely with Ad Operations, Creative Studio and Programmatic teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
      • Own the creative process from asset collection and briefing through approval and launch.
      • Facilitate set up with hosting and Deals, and provide support, recommendations and troubleshooting advice on programmatic campaigns to ensure overall success.
  • Coordinate internal teams and execute on sold campaigns
      • Frequently work with the sales team to plan, manage, implement and execute sold advertising campaigns
      • Work in tandem with clients and internal teams to traffic assets/creative/tags for campaign set-up
      • Review campaign performance and pacing daily to ensure performance is trending to achieve KPIs. Meet with Ad Ops to suggest campaign optimisations
      • Present campaign performance and updates to the client or sales team, and communicate optimisations to achieve goals
      • Support identification of upsell opportunities, flagging potential for campaign extensions or incremental spend via quantified outreach
  • Execute on internal processes
      • Review, construct and approve IOs and billing reports to ensure correct and timely billing occurs
      • Keep internal systems (JIRA, Salesforce, campaign tracker) up to date and accurate
      • Review and construct weekly reporting and wrap decks where needed and in partnership with internal teams, ensuring accurate data, and sharing relevant insights and recommendations.

Skills You'll Bring

  • BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the digital media field, preferably in online verticals - Account Management, Media Planning and/or Customer Service.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Intermediate PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills & Google Stack experience if possible
  • Ideally has some familiarity of Salesforce, Nielsen, DoubleVerify, JIRA, Celtra and CM360
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage deadlines effectively
  • French and English fluency required (written and verbal) and dutch as a plus!
