FabFitFun is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Creative team. This role will be reporting to our Director of Production, and be based out of our HQ in Los Angeles CA. Ideal candidates are highly organized self-starters who understands how to balance multiple projects and keep them moving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Location: FabFitFun HQ is located in the Greater Los Angeles area in West Hollywood. This role is expected to work onsite from HQ 3 days a week.

• Oversee the kick-off and timely delivery of all creative assets for FabFitFun
• Manage and update the creative project calendar in monday.com, including design, photo, and video projects
• Review incoming projects for scope alignment and required information
• Gather data from various company levels for projects when needed
• Anticipate and address challenges to ensure on-time project execution
• Participate in weekly team meetings within the PMO organization and cross-functional teams to communicate project status and action items
• Use effective communication and systematic solutions to relay upcoming milestones and priorities across multiple seasons to multiple teams
• Lead process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish new processes
• Maintain vendor relations with project management tool vendors
• Take the lead on project management tools; provide training, share updates with the team, strategize on best use of tool, train up on new tools, assist with tool transition, etc.

What You’ll Do

• 2+ years experience in project management in the creative and marketing industry with an understanding of creative development processes and needs across multiple media types including digital, print, and video
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• Must have experience and understanding in project management software (e.g. Monday.com, Teamwork, Basecamp, Jira, etc.)
• Experience and comfort engaging across all levels of a company
• Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment and manage a high-volume inbox and complex calendar
• Strong communication, organizational, writing and presentation skills
• A true collaborator - understanding how to work cross-functionally to obtain information/details within the necessary timelines to keep projects on track and on time
• Proficient knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets/Slides,PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (as well as have an aptitude with technology)
• Solid understanding of the creative process and excitement about utilizing a mix of organizational, creative, and communication skills making every day unique and exciting
• Solution-oriented mindset and excitement to improve processes in a growing organization

The expected salary range for this position is $70K-$75K. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits.Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications.
