Your Mission 🚀
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work side by side with revenue teams to help them turn Endgame’s AI insights into real impact. You’ll design solutions, guide implementation, and ensure every deployment runs smoothly from first meeting to full adoption. You’ll work with everyone at the customer: new users unfamiliar with AI; managers and leaders looking to make their teams more effective; power users looking for your advice on how to use MCP servers to stitch complex workflows together.
This is a technical and business role for someone who loves translating customer needs into working systems and making sure customers take full advantage. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, bridging what customers want and what we build. Every project will teach you something new about how modern go-to-market teams operate—and how AI can change their work for the better.

Your Responsibilities 🗓
Partner with the Sales team during active cycles to shape and deliver tailored solutions.
Lead technical onboarding and integration for new customers.
Configure, test, and refine workflows that help customers maximize Endgame’s impact.
Support customers real-time via Slack, Zoom, and email.
Capture field insights and share them with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap decisions.
Develop repeatable frameworks and documentation to make deployments and support ever faster and easier.
Our Ideal Candidate 🏅
You’re always up to date on the latest AI models and advancements
Strong technical foundation with experience working across MCP servers, APIs, data models, and scripting.
Hands-on background in solution engineering, customer implementation, or product operations.
Deep understanding of how revenue teams think and operate
Strong communicator who can move comfortably between technical and business discussions.
Organized, resourceful, and confident leading customer-facing interactions and projects with minimal structure or guidance
Energized by solving problems quickly and iterating toward better solutions.
