About the Role
Daytona is seeking a Partnership Manager to build and grow relationships with strategic partners across the AI, devtools, and enterprise ecosystems. You’ll identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and collaborate on co-marketing and integration strategies.
What You'll Be Doing
Source, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships
Manage relationships with technology, ecosystem, and enterprise partners
Collaborate with product and engineering on technical integrations
Drive co-marketing campaigns and joint initiatives
Track and measure the impact of partnerships on growth and adoption
You Might Be a Fit If You
Have experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth
Understand how to balance business and technical alignment
Are a natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
Can spot opportunities where collaboration creates mutual value
Bonus Points
Previous experience in AI, developer tooling, or cloud infra partnerships
Track record of launching successful co-marketing campaigns
Network in devtools, AI, or enterprise ecosystems
