CX2 is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite with a variety of needs including general administrative, office, and calendar support, and overall organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a highly trusted partner to CX2’s C-Suite, with a heavy focus directly supporting the CEO; this will entail managing a dynamic set of calendars across multiple time zones and ensuring executive time is aligned to the highest-priority business needs
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership syncs, cross-functional check-ins, board meetings, investor calls, and key partner engagements
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics, serving as a thoughtful gatekeeper while maintaining strong relationships across stakeholders
- Manage email triage, prioritize incoming communications, flag urgent items, and draft responses on behalf of the C-Suite as needed
- Arrange end-to-end travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting
- Prepare the C-Suite for high-stakes meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, reports, and executive summaries
- Own protocol and stakeholder experience for high-profile engagements, including interactions with VIPs, board members, investors, and external dignitaries, ensuring a seamless, polished, and highly professional experience at all touchpoints
- Take notes during key meetings, capture decisions and action items, and ensure follow-ups are tracked through completion
- Support leadership operations by helping coordinate recurring cadences such as OKRs, planning cycles, executive meetings, and team-wide communications
- Serve as a liaison between the C-Suite and internal teams, helping ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely execution
- Partner with facilities and operations teams on office logistics, onsite meetings, events, visitor coordination, and other day-to-day needs
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively identify gaps, and resolve issues before they escalate
- Provide context, visibility, and insights that enable faster and more effective executive decision-making
- Act as a hands-on generalist, jumping into administrative, operational, and project-based work wherever support is needed
