As a Sales Support and Admin Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our business development team by bridging the gap between different departments within the company and our valued clients. Day-to-day, you'll be the go-to person for handling client inquiries and collaborating with various teams to swiftly resolve any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and address calls from customers regarding electronic scrap and recycling services

  • Attend client calls; manage email correspondence daily

  • Provide verbal and written quotations to customers.

  • Process customer orders and provide order status updates to customers.

  • Performs Purchase Order and Sales Order creation in the ERP System.

  • Process outbound sales through initiating phone contact with customers.

  • Review inquiries submitted by customers and business development managers that implement service delivery

  • Collaborate with Business Development, the Inside Sales Manager as liaison within service delivery expectations for clients.

  • Daily communication with Transportation, Accounting and Operations to resolve time-sensitive issues

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience

  • Detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization

  • Self-starter and proactive problem solver

  • Ability to retain and document important information as it relates to customer accounts

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with various members of the organization
