About the Role
We’re excited to be adding a Data Analytics Manager to our growing Data team. We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving high-impact, complex problems. You will lead and develop an existing team of analysts, own key analytical systems and workflows, and shape how data informs product, operational, and business decisions across Clair- a true business partner. Your work will directly influence how we scale, optimize performance, and drive meaningful outcomes for millions of hourly workers accessing financial freedom through Clair.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support data analysts, nurturing technical growth and collaborative culture.
- Define team vision, objectives, and best practices that align with Clair’s mission and business priorities.
- Partner with business stakeholders across the organization to answer questions and test hypotheses.
- Enable stakeholders to independently leverage data through education, dashboards, and tools.
- Implement and manage metrics to drive product, operations, and growth decisions.
- Use data to generate insights, advocate for them, and drive them into action.
- Ensure dashboards, reports, and memos tell compelling stories that inform and inspire action.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 5–6 years of fast-paced, high-growth data analytics experience, including 1–2 years of experience leading a team
- Strong technical credentials, including but not limited to: SQL, Snowflake, dbt
- Expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, KPI definition, and dashboarding
- Passionate about building the best version of whatever you’re working on
- Experience within fintech, regulated industries, or startups is a strong plus
Location: This is a hybrid position based out of New York City, you will be expected to come into the office at least three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays) with additional days on occasion for client meetings.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $178,000. The base pay for this role is determined using many factors, such as education, skills and experience and is reflective of Clair Series stage and size. Base pay is only one part of Clair’s competitive total compensation package which includes equity, benefits and additional perks. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
