But it's not just about the technology; it's about the people behind it. At Certify, we foster a meritocratic environment where every voice is heard, valued, and celebrated. We're founded on the principles of trust, transparency, and accountability, and we're not afraid to challenge the status quo at every turn. • Establish survivorship rules to define the operational view of provider data.
  • Specify requirements for data lineage tracking, providing transparency on data origin and transformations.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of MDM capabilities, including UIs, APIs, and observability tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across client success, growth, product management, and engineering to align initiatives with the needs of the provider data management platform and business goals.
  • Communicate the product roadmap, MDM benchmarks and goals to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve MDM strategies.

  • Expertise in data standardization and modeling, including profiling, validation, attribution, and entity relationships.
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data, including API strategy and observability tools.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI / ML for data management, particularly for entity resolution to enhance data accuracy and automation.
  • Strong technical acumen with a proven track record of collaborating with engineering teams on data-intensive products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product initiatives from concept through discovery and delivery, with an emphasis on iteration and rapid value delivery.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with attention to detail and execution.
