What you will do
- Lead initiatives to optimize and automate payer enrollment and licensing workflows, including provider record management.
- Develop configuration capabilities that allow internal and external users to customize validation checks and process settings.
- Build self-service functionality to support client-specific requirements and broader platform automation goals.
- Incorporate client feedback, UX research and best design practices to ensure intuitive, user-friendly workflows that enhance client adoption and satisfaction.
- Define and track key performance indicators and product health metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure scalability, security, and high availability of workflow automation capabilities, including UIs, APIs, and observability tools.
- Partner with stakeholders across client success, growth, product management, and engineering teams to align initiatives with business goals.
- Communicate the product roadmap, goals, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve payer enrollment, licensing and provider record management strategies.
What are our must haves?
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading enterprise software products for B2B clients, data management, or similar domains.
- Experience in developing self-serve products for B2B markets, including automation tools and data validation frameworks.
- Strong technical acumen with experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on data-intensive products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to translate user qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product improvements.
- Proven ability to lead product initiatives from concept through delivery, focusing on iteration and rapid value delivery.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and presenting roadmaps informed by feedback, market trends, and business goals.
What are our nice-to-haves
- Startup experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Familiarity with healthcare data, including provider data management, claims processing, or data interoperability, is highly desirable.
